Pre-Enrolment Mental Health Screening Before enrolling, prospective students will be asked to disclose any history of mental health conditions, particularly those such as psychotic disorders, severe personality disorders, severe depression or bipolar disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), epilepsy, dissociative disorders, substance abuse, or significant cognitive impairments. This information will be collected with full confidentiality and in compliance with the Privacy Act 2020 and the Health Information Privacy Code. The purpose of this is to ensure that hypnotherapy training is delivered in a manner that is mindful of each individual’s mental health and well-being. Cancellation and Refund Details Adherence to Code of Conduct and Disclosure Policy By enrolling in this course, students confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to adhere to the academy’s Code of Conduct and Mental Health Screening Policy. Academy’s Discretion In exceptional circumstances, such as serious illness (with proper documentation), bereavement, or other significant personal situations, the academy may, at its sole discretion, offer a partial refund or transfer fees to a future course.
